Consultants from Leadership Infusion spent the school year working with our junior high school principals and leadership teams in refocusing and refining efforts to enhance teacher effectiveness and, most importantly, student achievement. The informative Leadership Infusion representatives were able to help our principals clarify their roles as instructional leaders and better define the importance they play in impacting student achievement. As a result of their work, we are seeing renewed efforts and performance, higher levels of collaboration, and deeper commitment to helping each student succeed.
